• Current employees with domestic or international commercial passenger airline carrier and are new guests to Crystal
Cruises.
• Past Guests who are Crystal Society members are eligible for Interline rates unless they have, or have had, a full-fare
reservation on the desired Interline-rate voyage.
• The spouse and parents of qualified Interline guests may travel unaccompanied by the Interline guests.
• Pilots who are currently employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide
Express, Astar Air Cargo or United Parcel Services (UPS), are eligible to book one stateroom.
• Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one stateroom provided the airline is still in
operation (e.g. retired employees of Eastern Airlines do not qualify).

Holland America

General Overview:
Interline rates are special discounts for employees of commercial and cargo airlines (including air traffic controllers) and Employees of GDS supplier companies. Interline rates can only be booked through designated Interline Agencies.

This program is being extended so that each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may add up to 3 additional cabins on the same sailing at the interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required. When submitting proof of eligibility, please provide the names and booking numbers of airline/GDS employee, eligible participants and non-airline companions traveling.

• Active & Retired employees of IATA/ARC appointed international and regional airlines. This includes retirees of defunct airlines.
• Active & Retired Courier/Cargo airlines: FedEx Employees & UPS Employees (Excluding UPS Drivers)

• If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same interline price in a separate stateroom.
• Must be a new reservation booked within 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with the qualified interline employee. Cannot cancel and re-book an existing reservation to get the interline discount rate. All other interline terms and conditions apply.

Princess Cruises

Interline rates are special discounts for employees of both commercial and cargo airlines. They can only be booked through designated Interline Agencies.

There is no restriction on the number of cabins that can be booked by an interline member on a single cruise. However, the eligible interline member will need to be sailing on the same cruise for their companion cabin bookings to receive the interline rate.

If the Airline Employee is deceased, the benefits of the Interline fare are still applicable as long as the appropriate verification ID can be obtained.

Royal Caribbean International

INTERLINE ELIGIBILITY

Airline Employee: to be an Eligible Airline Employee, a person must be:

• Current employees with flight benefits of either a domestic or International commercial passenger airline currently in operation
• Current employees of FedEx, Airborne Express or UPS
• Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee.
• Parents of currently employed Airline Employee
• Retired employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines, cargo carrier, Air Traffic Controllers or GDS Employees currently in operation

STATEROOM ELIGIBILITY

As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible, the following would apply:

• All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
• Each Airline Employee is eligible to book 2 additional staterooms under the interline rate per sailing. If two interline employees are sailing in the same stateroom, a total of 5 staterooms can be booked under the interline rate.

Any person who satisfies any of the listed above shall be deemed an Eligible Airline Employee provided that person can substantiate his or her employment by providing the acceptable forms of proof described in the section below.

IDENTIFICATION

• Active employees/an eligible guest as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a photo of their current I.D. Badge from their respective airline. This is the only form of accepted identification needed for the Airline Employee.
• Retired pilot or employees as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a photo
of their retiree I.D. Badge or letter from former employer specifying their retirement status.
• Spouses, Domestic Partners and Parents must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a photo of the Active
Employee’s I.D. Badge on whom their eligibility is derived, and/or proof of eligibility for flight benefits from the
employee’s benefits portal.

Failure to produce authentic identification may result in the cruise fare reverting to full retail tariff at time of check in or boarding may be denied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Does the Eligible Airline Employee need to be booked under the Interline Rate for two additional staterooms to be eligible for the Interline Rate?

No. An Eligible Airline Employee can book their reservation at any rate they choose. As long as they are traveling on the same sailing, they are qualified to book two other staterooms under the Interline Rate.

2) If the Eligible Airline Employee is not sailing, are their qualifying family members (Spouse or Domestic Partner; Parents of currently employed Airline Employee) also eligible to book 2 additional reservations under the Interline Rate?

Yes.

3) If one Airline Employee is traveling with four kids and their parents, how many rooms can they book?

Each Airline employee, regardless of how many people travel with them, is allowed to book a maximum of 3 rooms under the Interline rate, regardless of eligibility.

4) If two Airline Employees are sailing in a stateroom together, does each employee get 2 additional staterooms, totaling 5 staterooms?

Yes. Each airline employee is eligible for 2 additional staterooms.

5) Are airport employees eligible for Interline rates?

No. Only airline employees are eligible.

6) Are airline employee contractors eligible for interline rates?

No. As the contracted employee is not directly employed by the airline, they are not eligible for Interline rates.
